I’ve placed my order but haven’t received tacking.


Some of our orders may be pre-orders. Please check to see if the listing you have placed an order for is a pre-order. Pre-orders take 1 to 2 weeks to ship. If it is not a pre-order and your order is delayed, contact us immediately for more information concerning your purchase.

How do I refund or exchange?

 

Due to certain circumstances, Queen‘s closet may not always be able to issue exchanges for certain orders. Bathing suits for example are not eligible for exchange or return. If you receive an incorrect item or have issues with your order/product please contact us concerning resolutions.

Part of my order is missing

 

If you have issues with missing products from your orders please contact us so that it can be resolved immediately. Missing products will be shipped out to you asap.

Is it safe to order online?

 

here at Queen‘s closet it is completely safe we assure you great products and good customer service. Although we may not be able to grant every wish, we shall try our hardest to provide solutions to any issues that may occur along the way.

How long will it take my order to ship?

 

 

Some orders have different shipping times. For example, custom orders such as RoyalT-shirts which are handmade by creators and may need more time to create your order and get it to you as soon as possible. This also applies to bulk/wholesale orders which also may take slightly longer to arrive. However we work hard to get your things out to you at the soonest time possible.

Can I track my order ?

 

Yes, all orders placed will receive tracking information via email or phone number after products have shipped.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

 

We take full responsibility for any mistakes made on our behalf concerning your orders. If you have received incorrect items in your package, please contact us immediately so that the correct items can be sent to you as soon as possible.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

Forgot to use your discount code? All good. Request a refund within 24 hours so that you can replace your order using your discount code or we will send you a refund of the discounted percentage.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Just like processing times, delivery prices can vary depending on the distance from the distributing facility to the delivery address. International orders typically take longer to arrive to their destinations.
